Your data, in context

Understand the training behind the numbers.

KineticFit organizes health and workout signals into focused views, then connects your recent sessions to progression suggestions. The aim is a useful place to start—not another wall of raw metrics.

Nine health and training domains

Insights covers Recovery, Training, Heart, Activity, Sleep, Nutrition, Body Composition, Mobility, and Mindfulness. Each domain brings related signals together and compares them with your own prior window.

Baseline

Compare with yourself

Changes are presented against your prior data so a number has personal context rather than a generic benchmark.

Focus

Start with a domain

Move from a focused score to the signals behind recovery, training, sleep, heart, activity, or another area.

Continuity

Connect sessions over time

Recent workouts and completed sets provide context for suggestions about what could come next.

Progression grounded in your history

Static plans cannot account for every session you complete. KineticFit uses your recent training history to support progression suggestions for upcoming work. Suggestions are context, not commands: you remain responsible for choosing an appropriate exercise, load, route, and intensity.

Scores, route data, calorie estimates, recovery signals, and performance estimates can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. KineticFit is a fitness tool, not a medical device or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

On-device intelligence and synchronized data are separate

Supported inference using Apple’s Foundation Models framework and Core ML runs on your iPhone. Account information, workouts, routes, and selected health and fitness data can separately synchronize through Cloud Firestore for account features, history, and insights across devices.

Health permissions, synchronization, and optional model-training consent are distinct choices. KineticFit does not sell personal data, training data, or models trained from that data.
