Built in Norway

One app for the whole athlete.

KineticFit is an iPhone workout tracking and training insight app made by Rokuru in Norway. It is built around a simple idea: strength, cardio, climbing, routes, recovery, and health context belong to one person and should make sense together.

Why KineticFit exists

Training rarely stays inside one category. A strength block can overlap with running, cycling, climbing, mobility, or recovery work. When those sessions are separated, the athlete loses the context between them.

KineticFit brings those records into one continuous history and uses recent training and selected health signals to make that history easier to understand. The product is not designed to replace an athlete’s judgment or professional medical advice.

Product principles

Whole context

Every workout counts

Strength sessions, runs, rides, climbing, combined workouts, and routes belong in the same training story.

Useful restraint

Insights over noise

Focused domains and comparisons with your own prior window are meant to create a clearer starting point.

User control

Private by design

No advertising profiles, no cross-app tracking, and no sale of personal or training data. Permissions remain choices.
