Strength
Sets, repetitions, and load
Follow an active strength session, record working sets, and keep the result connected to your previous training.
One training history
KineticFit is an iPhone workout tracker for athletes whose training does not fit inside a single category. Record strength sessions, runs, rides, climbing, combined workouts, and outdoor routes in one continuous history.
Your strength work affects your running. A hard climbing session belongs beside the recovery data that follows it. KineticFit keeps different workout types together so you can review the work you actually did without reconstructing it across several apps.
Strength
Follow an active strength session, record working sets, and keep the result connected to your previous training.
Cardio
Keep runs, rides, distance, pace, and related activity in the same history as gym work.
Movement
Represent sessions that cross disciplines instead of forcing every workout into a strength-or-cardio split.
When you grant location access for an outdoor activity, KineticFit can record route coordinates and related metrics such as distance, pace, speed, and elevation. Location is used for workout features, not advertising. You control the permission in iOS.
The active workout view puts exercise progress, sets, load, volume, and rest context together while you train. After the session, the workout joins the same timeline as your other activities and becomes context for future progression suggestions.
